By opening offerchole.com, creating an account, or paying for tracking, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the paid service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind that business.

The public site lets you:

• Compare product prices and offers from ecommerce websites in Bangladesh, shown in BDT.
• See when a listed price has gone up or dropped, and review recent price history.
• Open the store that is selling the product when you are ready to buy.

The paid service lets a customer:

• Choose competitor products to track across ecommerce websites in Bangladesh.
• Receive reports by email about those products, including prices we observed and whether a price rose or fell.

Prices, offers, product details, and price changes on OfferChole are taken only from information ecommerce websites publish for the public. We do not collect private data from those stores, including customer lists, orders, checkout details, or non-public seller accounts. Paid reports use the same publicly visible listings. If a price or offer is not shown publicly, we do not have it.

OfferChole does not sell the phones, electronics, or other goods shown on the site. Prices, stock, offers, and delivery terms belong to the ecommerce store. A price on OfferChole can differ from the price at checkout. Check the store before you pay. The store is responsible for the order, delivery, warranty, and returns.

OfferChole may make mistakes. A page or email report can show the wrong price, the wrong store, the wrong product, a price rise or drop that did not happen, a missed offer, or a listing that is no longer on sale. Store websites also change prices, remove products, and block checks, so information can be missing or late even when we read it correctly.

Listings and reports are information we observed from public pages. They are not a promise that a store or competitor is still selling at that price, and they are not advice to buy, sell, or set your own price. Check the store before you rely on a figure. You accept this risk when you use the site or a report.

Sign-in uses Google or Facebook. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the email inbox that receives reports. Tell us if you believe someone else is using your account. We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that overloads it, or break these terms.

• Fees, the products included, and the billing period are shown before you pay. Prices are in BDT unless a checkout page says otherwise.
• You choose the competitor products to track. You may only submit products that are publicly listed. You are responsible for how you use the reports.
• Reports are sent to the email address on the service. Delivery depends on your email provider. Check spam if a report does not arrive.
• You can stop future tracking by emailing [email protected]. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund a period that has already started, except where the law in Bangladesh requires a refund.
• We can change fees for a later billing period. The fee you already accepted applies until that period ends.
• We can stop tracking a product when the store removes it, the page cannot be read, or continuing would break the store’s rules or the law. We will email you when a product you pay to track can no longer be checked.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or bypass access controls.
• Copy the site in bulk, or resell our reports as a competing data product.
• Use a report to mislead customers about a price that you know is out of date.
• Upload anything unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.

The OfferChole name, logo, and site design belong to us. Product names, photos, and prices are supplied from third-party stores and remain subject to those stores’ rights. You may share a link to a public OfferChole page. You may use a report you paid for inside your own business. You may not present our site or reports as your own product.

We aim to keep the site and email reports running, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, store outages, and email delivery problems can delay a page or a report. The public price pages can be used without paying. Paid tracking is provided for the period you purchased.

The site and email reports are provided as available information, with mistakes and gaps. To the fullest extent the law in Bangladesh allows, OfferChole and the people who operate it are not liable for a mistake in publicly available information we show or email. That includes a wrong price, a wrong price change, a missed offer, a wrong product match, a purchase you make on another store, a pricing decision you make for your own business, and lost profit or other loss that follows from relying on the site or a report.

You agree not to bring a claim against OfferChole for those mistakes or for how you, your staff, or your customers use a listing or a report. If someone else brings a claim against us because of how you used that information, you agree to cover the resulting loss, cost, and reasonable legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

If we are still liable for the paid service, that liability is limited to the fees you paid us for tracking during the three months before the claim. These terms do not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You may stop using the site at any time. We may stop offering the public pages or the paid service. If we discontinue paid tracking during a period you already paid for, we will refund the unused portion of that period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are handled by the courts of Bangladesh.

We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. If you keep using OfferChole after that date, the new terms apply. For a paid service, a change that reduces what you already paid for applies from the next billing period, unless the change is required by law.
