Privacy Policy

This policy applies to offerchole.com, including the public price and offer pages and the paid competitor-tracking service. It covers visitors, people who sign in, and customers who pay to track products and receive email reports.

What we collect depends on how you use OfferChole.

• Browsing. Pages you open, search terms, the store listing you click, and technical data such as browser type, device type, and IP address. We use this to run the site and understand which pages are useful.
• Account. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and profile image, and we store which provider account is linked to you.
• Paid tracking. The products and stores you ask us to watch, the email address that should receive reports, and a record of the tracking service you purchased.
• Payments. A payment provider collects card or other payment details. We receive the amount, currency, payment status, and a payment reference. We do not store full card numbers on OfferChole.
• Messages. Anything you send us when you ask for help, change a tracked product, or request deletion of your account.

• Show current prices, offers, and whether a price went up or dropped.
• Run paid competitor tracking and email reports about the products you asked us to watch.
• Keep you signed in and remember your light or dark theme.
• Measure site usage, fix errors, and protect the service from abuse.
• Send service messages about billing, tracking changes, or this policy.
• Meet legal duties that apply in Bangladesh.

We do not sell your personal information.

Product names, photos, prices, offers, stock indications, and price history come only from information ecommerce websites in Bangladesh make publicly available. We do not collect private store data, such as customer lists, orders, checkout details, or non-public seller accounts. The catalog is about public product listings. It is not a record of what other shoppers bought.

Public pages can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and a store can change them at any time. OfferChole may copy a figure incorrectly, match the wrong product, miss an offer, or show a price change that the store has already reversed. Treat every price and offer as information to check on the store, not as a fact we guarantee.

• A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is limited to this site, is not readable by page scripts, and expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
• A theme cookie stores whether you are using light or dark mode.
• When analytics is enabled, Google Tag Manager may set cookies to count visits and see which pages people use. Those tools receive technical and usage data, not the contents of your tracking reports.

• Ecommerce stores, when you leave OfferChole to open a product on their website. That visit is then governed by the store.
• Google or Facebook, when you use them to sign in.
• The payment provider that processes a paid tracking subscription.
• The email provider that delivers tracking reports and service messages.
• Analytics providers, when Google Tag Manager is enabled on the site.
• Authorities, when the law in Bangladesh requires us to disclose information.

Paid tracking reports are sent to the email address on your account or the address you give us for reports. A report can include the products you track, the stores we checked, current prices, and whether those prices rose or fell. Those figures are taken from publicly visible listings and can be mistaken or late. Do not forward a report if you do not want the recipient to see that information.

We keep account details while your account exists. Session records expire or are deleted when you sign out. We keep the products you track, report history, and payment references for as long as the paid service is active and for a limited period afterward so we can answer billing questions and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account. We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it, for example a payment reference.

• Use the public price pages without an account.
• Sign out, which ends the session cookie on this browser.
• Ask us to delete your account and the products tied to your tracking service.
• Stop report emails. While a paid service is active we may still send messages about billing or a change to the service.

OfferChole is not directed at children. The paid tracking service is for businesses and adults who monitor competitor prices. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

We use access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect account and tracking data. No website can guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission. Use a current browser and protect the email account that receives reports.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. The current version is always at offerchole.com/privacy-policy. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. How you may use the service is covered in our Terms.
